Bread Pudding for Two
2 cups bread (torn into bite sized pieces)
1 egg
1 tbs sugar
1 tbs milk
2 tbs chocolate chips
Small handful of walnuts
Butter
- Put a small dab of butter in the bottom of two ramekins and microwave for 20 seconds to melt
- Mix all the other ingredients together and divide between the two ramekins
- Cook in air fryer at 350* for 5-7 minutes

Bread pudding is a very nostalgic dessert. My mom used to make it filled with raisins and warm spices like cinnamon and nutmeg. It was warm and custardy and smothered in vanilla ice cream. This evening I had one and a half hamburger buns left over and I didn’t want them to go to waste. My husband isn’t a cinnamon fan so I went the chocolate & nut route instead. It came together super fast and was warm and gooey and full of good memories.
