Buttermilk Pancakes
Buttermilk Pancakes
1 cup flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1 cup buttermilk (or l'ben)
1/4 cup (58 g) butter, melted
1. In one bowl mix all the dry ingredients and in another mix all the wet ingredients.
2. Combine the wet and dry ingredients (DO NO MIX TOO MUCH, just until it's combined).
3. Heat enough butter to coat the bottom of a skillet.
4. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the pan and let it cook until bubbles form on the top and pop.
5. Flip and let cook for about 2 minutes on the other side.

This recipe is perfect for just two people (it makes about 6 medium sized pancakes). It tastes like Bisquick pancakes and are super easy to whip together. Making these is so easy, but it makes you feel like you've really made an effort for breakfast.
