Breakfast Jars - 3 Ways

Breakfast Jars - 3 Ways
These three breakfast jars are easy to make the night before and will hold you over until lunch time.

Banana Bread Jar
This recipe tastes just like banana bread batter!

1 cup milk
3 tablespoons chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon powdered sugar
1/4 cup oats
1 banana, sliced

1.  In a jar mix milk, chia seeds, vanilla, and powered sugar. (I've found that you need to mix it, let it sit for about 3 minutes and mix it again to make sure the chia seeds don't congeal [mmmm lovely word] on the bottom of the jar.)
2.  Let sit in the fridge over night.
3.  In the morning add oats and banana.
4.  Enjoy!

Peaches and Cream Jar
This one is super creamy and the peach adds a little bit of tartness to it all.

1 cup milk
3 tablespoons chia seeds
1/2 tablespoon vanilla
1 teaspoon powdered sugar
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 peach, chopped

3.  In the morning add the yogurt and peach.
4.  Enjoy!

Apple Crumble Jar
This jar can be made the morning of if you've forgotten to do the chia seeds the night before.

1 cup oats
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon chia seeds or handful walnuts
1/2 cup apple sauce (I use homemade)

1.  In a jar, mix everything together.
2.  Let it sit for about 30 minutes.
4.  Enjoy!
